When I was out of state at a Specialty Show last weekend, someone stepped on one of my Scent articles in the hotel hallway (hallway training 😏) and bent it, and I called Max 200 last Friday morning to order a replacement. I said I had another weekend Trial coming up in two weeks, and they said they would try to get it out. I received it TODAY! (6 days later) What great service!!
